What is Fathom?

Fathom is an AI notetaker for online meetings. It records and transcribes calls on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, then produces summaries and action items so participants can stay in the conversation. Capture can run through a meeting bot or, in beta on Mac, without a bot joining the call.

After a call, Fathom creates a recap and can apply expert templates such as BANT and Sandler. Users can search recordings, revisit clips and playlists, and ask questions about a meeting or across their calls in a chat-style interface. Trackers watch for topics such as competitor mentions, objections or feature requests and can route alerts to Slack, email or the app.

Team plans add shared folders, comments, CRM field updates, coaching metrics and AI scorecards.
